We tested a menu of doughs. Every extra one made the dips worse — a cookie that already tastes of something argues with whatever you dunk it in. So there is one: brown butter, dark chocolate chips, baked long enough to snap and not a minute longer.
It also means the box you order today tastes like the one you ordered last month, which matters more than variety when everything is made to order and packed by hand.
